I think I might be more offended by the video taken of a video on another device.

It’s like people who take snapshots of their computer screens instead of just taking a screenshot.
Oh god the horror! Please stop!

I usually agree, but not everyone knows how to capture a video from facebook and rehost it. In this case, I’m glad they did since it was removed already.
Is it possible outside of a screen recording?

Saw this earlier. On behalf of all Texans, I apologize for this abhorrent ad. Rest assured, there will be economic repercussions to this business.
I don't want to see any small businesses go down for a simple brain fart, but it seems that they'll get one hell of a shellacking.

That feeling when many (most?) Oppositelock readers don’t remember 9/11.

I’m sure that there are tons of ways. There are a bunch of utilities that will simply record your outputs into a video.

I missed it all happening. I was super hungover and helping my buddy move. The radio in the uhaul didn’t work and I didn’t find out what had happened until the next day.

I’m really hoping for their sake that those were just the two employees that showed up for work the day of the shooting, and they weren’t specifically selected because of their complexion.

Ho.Ly.Shit.
How was it that not one of the people involved in that (there were at least 4!) did not say “Hey, this isn’t in very good taste.”

I think the worst part is that that is that that sounds like a damn good sale, like I don't want to give these assholes my money, but a king size for the price of a twin? Shit, I can't really say no to that.

So it turns out the woman in the video is the store manager, and the store owner’s daughter. Here’s her apology:
“We are not hate, we are love. We are somebody that stands out. We’re Miracle Mattress, we make miracles happen. For our lives to be in danger, that’s no what we ever wanted,” Cherise Bonanno said. “It was stupid. It was a stupid idea that we sent out. And we apologize for our stupidity and we really hope you can forgive us for what we’ve done.”
Yeah, she doesn’t get it. It’d be better for her to shut her pie hole and leave town.

Idk that’s it’s necessarily even that. Plenty of people (comedians, shows, etc) have made fun of 9/11 since it happened. When you’re trying to sell funny, it can work. When you’re trying to sell mattresses, not so much.

I’ll never find 9/11 jokes funny, because it molded me into what I am today.

I don’t use twitter, but I’m kind of curious what else is under that hashtag
![]() 09/09/2016 at 15:53 |

You don’t need to use it to read it.
https://twitter.com/hashtag/911mem…
It’s mosty people complaining about their use of it. Oh, and that one T-Shirt manufactuer who used it to have their post visible.
Lots of people will do that with trending hashtags. They’ll start adding the hashtag to their post just so it shows up in the trendy timeline.

You can copy a link from a facebook video and everyone can view it even if they don’t have facebook.
